Irish Kiss
2½ oz. Clontarf Irish Whiskey

White and brown striped Hershey Kiss
Clontarf is smoother.
Irish Jig
1½ oz. Clontarf Irish Whiskey
Topped off with equal parts peach nectar and ginger ale
Served in a highball glass
Garnished with peach slice and mint leaf
Go against the malted grain.
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Clontarf Whiskey and top off with equal parts of peach nectar and ginger ale. Stir and add garnish.
Irish Wake
2 oz. Clontarf Irish Whiskey
Double shot of espresso
1 oz. simple syrup
Splash of Brady's Irish Cream
Garnished with 2 coffee beans floating on top
Served in a martini glass
Not the sauce your uncle hid from the missus.
In an ice-filled shaker, add Clontarf Whiskey, espresso and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Now, add a splash of Brady's Irish Cream and the coffee beans. This one really lives up to its name!
Green Giant
1½ oz. Clontarf Irish Whiskey
Topped with green tea
Dash of Green Crème de Menthe
Served in a highball glass
Garnished with a couple of mint sprigs
Unlike your mom's soggy vegetables.
The Green Giant comes in an ice-filled highball glass. Just add Clontarf Irish Whiskey and top with green tea. Add a dash of Green Crème de Menthe and stir. Place two or three mint sprigs as garnish. If fresh-brewed green tea is used, simple syrup may be added. Mass produced green tea (Snapple, Arizona, etc.) already has sweetness added.
The Perfect Gentlewoman
Equal parts:
Clontarf Irish Whiskey
Celtic Crossing
2 dashes of bitters
She doesn't take her whiskey neat.
Serve this drink on the rocks, straight up as a Manhattan, or even as a shooter.
The Perfect Gentlewoman works well with Angostura bitters as well as Fee Brothers Orange Bitters. She also works well with Clontarf Single Malt Whiskey.
